dc.descriptionThis article analyzes, the influence of culture in the processes of innovation and international negotiation, from the cultural differences, which become a fundamental input to guarantee a successful insertion in the processes of cross - border negotiation; And finally examines the cultural profile of the Colombian entrepreneur, his prerogatives, the fruits of such negotiations and why to do business with entrepreneurs in Colombia. It is part of the Hofstede (1980) approach called The Theory of Cultural Dimensions as a generic framework for this empirical analysis, which allows identifying the cultural values that affect the behavior of entrepreneurs.en-US

Se parte del enfoque de Hofstede (1980), denominado: La Teoría de las Dimensiones Culturales, como marco genérico para este análisis empírico, que permite identificar los valores culturales que afectan el comportamiento de los empresarios.es-ES
