| dc.description | El Derecho como parte de las Ciencias Sociales, tiene como deber aportar a la solución de problemáticas que atañen a la sociedad, en este propósito debe proponer un ejercicio dialógico con otras áreas del saber que hagan posible la transformación social, mediante apuestas de innovación y construcción de tecnologías sociales, lo que significa, en otras palabras que la investigación jurídica y sociojurídica debe proveer la posibilidad de generar cambios y lograr una metamorfosis del entorno social a través de ajustes en prácticas sociales objetivas que se concreten en soluciones y nuevas apuestas que sustenten de manera prospectiva el desarrollo humano y social. | 1 |
