dc.description	Muchos filósofos, políticos y teólogos mantienen el “derecho y el de- ber de la legítima autoridad pública para aplicar la pena de muerte” a los autores de ciertos delitos graves, aunque los filósofos y teólogos tradicionales no han mostrado la debida compasión con las víctimas, es necesario superar estas posturas con argumentos de la filosofía y la teología que iluminan una victimología de máximos en pos de avan- zar hacia la abolición de la pena capital.
dc.description	Many philosophers, politicians and theologians support the “right and the duty of the legitimate public authority to lay the dead penalty” to the authors of certain crimes. Even thought, traditional philosophers and theologians had shown de due compassion with victims, it is necessary to surpass this postures with arguments from philosophy and theology which illuminate a victimology of maxims in pro of the advances to abolish the capital penalty.
