dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo realiza una aproximación al control orgánico jurisdiccional de constitucionalidad en Colombia, a partir de las características propias de los dos modelos originarios: el control difuso y el control concentrado. A continuación describe las principales reglas de procedimiento que existen en los juicios concentrados de constitucionalidad, con el fin de determinar la forma como actualmente participa el defensor del pueblo y proponer un ajuste consistente en el traslado de todas las actuaciones que tengan como objeto la revisión de constitucionalidad de normas relacionadas con los derechos humanos, con el propósito de que este obligatoriamente rinda un concepto sobre las mismas.
dc.descriptionThe present work carries out an approximation of the organic control of jurisdictional constitutionality in Colombia, from the characteristics of the two models originating in: diffuse control and the concentrated control. It then describes the main rules of procedure that exist in the trials concentrates of constitutionality, with a view to determining the form currently participates as the Ombudsman and propose a consistent adjustment in the transfer of all actions which have as their object the review of constitutionality of laws related to human rights, with the purpose that this necessarily yield a concept on the same.
