dc.descriptionEsta presentación propone la reconsideración de la noción de paisaje y paisaje cultural desde la contemporaneidady desde un caso concreto: un fragmento de la costa fluvial del río Paraná. Esta área fue históricamente desplazadadel interés provincial convirtiéndose en periferia de producción y comunicación a pesar de sus magníficas condicionesmedioambientales. Este artículo comienza con el concepto teórico inicial de paisaje cultural y propone surevisión utilizando referencias bibliográficas y casos de intervención. También propone nuevas capas interpretativasbasadas en las características diferenciales que emergen del conocimiento del lugar y de la demanda de nuevasherramientas de planificación y acción. Finalmente y como una experiencia de laboratorio, se presenta una accióngenerada en la concurrencia de instituciones y organizaciones no gubernamentales, ONG, que podría replicarse enotros segmentos territoriales. Esta producción se basa en algunas de las investigaciones de la autora y en su tesisdoctoral en desarrollo.
dc.descriptionThis article proposes the reconsideration of the notion of landscape and cultural landscape departing from a contemporaryperspective and a concrete case: a fragment of the fluvial coast of Paraná River. This area has historicallybeen displaced from the provincial interest, becoming a periphery in terms of production and communication, despiteits magnificent environmental conditions. The paper begins with the theoretical concept of cultural landscape andproposes its review using bibliography and cases of intervention. It also proposes new layers of interpretation basedon differential characteristics that rise from the knowledge of the place and the need for new planning and actingtools. Finally, and like a laboratory experience, a concrete action is presented, taking into account the activities ofinstitutions and Non Governmental Organizations, which could be replicated in other territorial segments. The articleis based on the author’s research and on her PhD thesis.
