dc.descriptionEste artículo surge en el desarrollo del proyecto de investigación denominado “El uso de los argumentos por parte de los órganos judiciales de cierre en Colombia”, dentro de la línea de justicia constitucional y sociedad del grupo Estudios de Derecho Publico, Categoría A, Colciencias, dirigido por la profesora Lina Marcela Escobar Martínez, PHD., con la participación como coinvestigador del profesor Danny Marrero Avendaño y como jóvenes investigadores de los estudiantes de derecho de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Sergio Rojas Quiñones y Sebastian Mantilla Blanco. Es un artículo de investigación que brinda algunos avances en cuanto a la metodología empleada para el desarrollo del proyecto que se inserta en un grupo de interés científico liderado por las Universidades de Siena y Burdeos, así como de algunos de los conceptos que hacen parte del marco teórico de la investigación, por tal motivo no se exponen resultados definitivos desde el punto de vista teórico y práctico, la investigación inicio en enero del año 2008 y pretende terminarse a finales del año 2010, es financiada por la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. 
dc.descriptionThis article is a product of the research project called The usage of arguments by the highest judicial organs in Colombia ( El uso de los argumentos por parte de los órganos judiciales de cierre en Colombia ), among the line of constitutional law and society of the group Public Law Studies, Category A, Colciencias, directed by the teacher Lina Marcela Escobar Martínez, PhD., with the participation as co-researcher Danny Marrero Avendaño, as well as youngresearchers Sergio Rojas Quiñones y Sebastian Mantilla Blanco, law students at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. This Project began in January 2008, and is to be completed by 2010, with the Javeriana s financial aid.This is an investigation article that provides some advances concerning the methodology applied for the project, inserted in the group of scientific interest leaded by the Universities of Siena and Bordeaux, as well as some concepts that belong to the research s theoretical framework, which is the reason why no definite results are presented.
