dc.descriptionA study of the collections housed in the Colombian National Herbarium resulted in the discovery of three new species of Cybianthus subgenus Conomorpha from Vichada, Serranía de La Macarena and its environs, and the area around Río Claro, of the Middle Magdalena River Valley. The species, Cybianthus llanorum, Cybianthus jaramilloi and Cybianthus cogolloi, are described, illustrated, and their phylogenetic relationships are discussed. Cybianthus llanorum is the first member of the subgenus known to produce bisexual inflorescences.en-US
dc.descriptionUn estudio de la colección del Herbario Nacional Colombiano resultó en el descubrimiento de tres especies nuevas del género Cybianthus subgénero Conomorpha provenientes de Vichada, Serranía La Macarena y sus alrededores, y la zona del Río Claro, en el Valle medio del río Magdalena. Se describen y se ilustran las especies, Cybianthus llanorum, Cybianthus jaramilloi y Cybianthus cogolloi, y se discute su parentesco. Cybianthus llanorum es el primer miembro con inflorescencias bisexuales conocido en el subgénero.es-ES
