dc.descriptionEl presente artículo muestra el diseño de una Oficina de Gestión de Proyectos en una empresa encargada de evaluar la educación en Colombia bajo la guía del PMBOK, hallando que el tipo de PMO más conveniente para esta entidad es la Oficina de control que brinda un marco hibrido de trabajo basado en lineamientos y buenas prácticas para la gestión de proyectos del PMI y agile, se diferencia de los otros tipos de PMO por incluir estrategias de metodología, seguimiento y control en cada uno de las fases del ciclo del proyecto. Motivo por el cual se recomienda su implementación dado que le ofrece a la entidad oportunidades de mejora en la medición de resultados a través de KPI’s que aportan en la toma de decisiones y en la continuidad del core de negocio.
dc.descriptionThis article shows the design of a Project Management Office in a company in charge of evaluating education in Colombia under the PMBOK guide, finding that the most convenient type of PMO for this entity is the Control Office that provides a hybrid framework based on guidelines and best practices for project management of PMI and agile, it differs from other types of PMO by including methodology, monitoring and control strategies in each of the phases of the project cycle. For this reason, its implementation is recommended since it offers the entity opportunities for improvement in the measurement of results through KPIS that contribute to decision making and the continuity of the core business.
