dc.descriptionEste documento tiene como objetivo; Resaltar las habilidades como pilar fundamental en el cumplimiento de indicadores de gestión a nivel empresarial, en este contexto se realizará una descripción de habilidad y su importancia, clasificación y definición de habilidades duras y habilidades blandas, también se describen las principales características argumentando por que son necesarias en el ámbito laboral. Enfocaremos también la importancia de las habilidades en la toma de decisiones de cara al cumplimiento de indicadores. Descripción de los indicadores de gestión más importantes a nivel empresarial. Para la realización del documento se establece como base veinte referencias bibliográficas el objetivo de este es resaltar las habilidades en el ámbito laboral con el fin de dejar claro que son indispensables para el buen desempeño laboral. Se comparten también algunos comentarios desde el punto de vista como profesional de la parte agrícola. En conclusión, adquirir habilidades, permitirá obtener herramientas necesarias para ser mas productivos en diferentes campos a nivel laboral y personal. De esta manera es lo que nos caracteriza en el cumplimiento de indicadores corporativos.
