dc.descriptionActualmente en el Ejército Nacional existen falencias en la administración del Centro de distribución logística, se presentan fallas en la cadena de suministros y abastecimiento en la gestión interna de las fuerzas militares como; retrasos en la entrega de provisiones, pésimo servicio al cliente y fallas en la toma de decisiones que dificultan el logro de los objetivos planteados por la Institución, por lo tanto, en el presente trabajo se analizó la gestión actual del Centro de distribución logística con el fin de identificar sus deficiencias y ofrecer aportes que permitan optimizar el empleo y manejo de los recursos de aprovisionamiento y minimizar estas deficiencias por intermedio de herramientas para mejorar el manejo de las provisiones de manera eficaz y al mismo tiempo aumente el grado de planificación y control dentro de la Institución.
dc.descriptionCurrently in the National Army there are shortcomings in the administration of the Logistics Distribution Center, there are faults in the supply chain and supply in the internal management of military forces such as; delays in the delivery of provisions, terrible customer service and failure to make decisions that hinder the achievement of the objectives set by the Institution, therefore, in this work the current management of the Logistics Distribution Center was analyzed with the In order to identify their deficiencies and provide inputs that optimize the use and management of the resources of supply and minimize these deficiencies through tools to improve the management of provisions in an efficient manner and at the same time increase the degree of planning and control within of the Institution.
