dc.descriptionLa seguridad en edificios residenciales en Bogotá ha creado una evolución progresiva en los sistemas que se adoptan para optimizar operaciones y funciones en aras de prevenir cualquier situación de riesgo, amenaza o peligro tanto a la integridad personal como a las instalaciones físicas. Por tal motivo este ensayo busca evaluar el impacto de un Sistema de Seguridad Híbrido en el sector residencial específicamente en propiedades horizontales de máximo treinta unidades inmobiliarias. Teniendo en cuenta que, el costo del servicio de vigilancia física ha venido incrementado de una manera significativa en los últimos años debido a los cambios normativos, la dinámica del mercado y los avances tecnológicos en este campo, los usuarios han elegido migrar a soluciones de automatización que brindan únicamente mecanismos de detección y retardo, los cuales resultan ser insuficientes en cuanto a capacidad de acción oportuna. Ante esto, el análisis sugiere una aproximación al estudio sobre los servicios que la empresa de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada puede proveer al usuario, proyectado los mecanismos de respuesta requeridos combinando la tecnología con el recurso humano (seguridad híbrida) llevando consigo una evaluación de gestión en la viabilidad, los costos y beneficios de este modelo para el cliente y para la compañía.
dc.descriptionSecurity in residential buildings in Bogota has created a progressive evolution in the systems that are adapted to optimize operations and functions in order to prevent any situation of risk, threat, or danger to both personal integrity and physical facilities. For this reason, this essay seeks to solve the two problems by identifying the factors to evaluate the impact of a Hybrid Security System in the residential sector, specifically in horizontal properties with a maximum of thirty real estate units. Taking into account that the cost of physical surveillance services has been increasing significantly in recent years due to regulatory changes, market dynamics, and technological advances in this field, which is why users have chosen to migrate to automation solutions that provide only detection and delay mechanisms, which are insufficient in terms of capacity for timely action. In view of this, the analysis suggests an approach to the study of almost that is presented on the services that the company of Surveillance and Private Security can provide to the user, projected to the required response mechanisms combining technology with human resources (hybrid security) leading to an evaluation of management in the feasibility, costs, and benefits of this model for the customer and for the company.
