| dc.description | Project management is a crucial factor for business success in the construction industry in Bogotá, due to the constant risks associated with its execution. This research aims to explore the relationship between strategy and organizational intelligence in project management, identifying key elements that influence business success and best practices for effectively integrating both aspects. The study will focus on various aspects such as strategic planning, decision-making, knowledge management, and the adoption of disruptive technologies. Success cases will be examined, and lessons learned from leading companies in the construction sector in Bogotá will be shared. The main identified problem lies in the lack of strategic integration and underutilization of organizational intelligence in project management. This lack of strategic alignment and leveraging of organizational intelligence limits the positive impact of projects and hampers the ability to anticipate and respond to emerging challenges and opportunities. The proposed solution involves establishing a clear strategic vision, implementing an effective project management approach, fostering communication and collaboration among teams, utilizing appropriate technological tools, establishing a knowledge management process, promoting training and skill development, conducting rigorous project assessments and analysis, and setting metrics to monitor and evaluate performance. By adequately addressing this problem, construction companies in Bogotá will be able to maximize the impact of their projects, effectively tackle challenges, and seize opportunities in a competitive and ever-evolving business environment. | |
