dc.descriptionLa tecnología se ha venido instalando como elemento transversal de la realidad, la seguridad no es indiferente al cambio, teniendo en cuenta el contexto mundial actual de pandemia y las complicaciones socioeconómicas que han derivado de este, es fundamental encontrar alternativas que permitan hacer frente a la nuevas modalidades de ejercer la criminalidad que han surgido, la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas debe ser vista como el camino a sumergirse en el proceso de desarrollo electrónico del contexto actual. La vigilancia en conjuntos residenciales es una de las áreas en las cuales es posible examinar la manera en que dichas soluciones permitirán hacer mas eficiente y optimizar las funciones de un guarda de seguridad, teniendo en cuenta tres ámbitos; los sistemas de control de acceso, el control perimetral y el control de zonas comunes.

Surveillance in residential complexes is one of the areas in which it is possible to examine the way in which said solutions will make it possible to make more efficient and optimize the functions of a security guard, taking into account three areas of their functions; access control systems, perimeter control and control of common areas.
