dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo investigativo comprende un análisis comparativo del cambio en la política de seguridad nacional aplicada por las administraciones Bush (2001- 2005) y Obama (2009-2012) a raíz de los atentados terroristas del 11 de Septiembre de 2001, hecho coyuntural que genera un cambio en la percepción de amenazas a la seguridad nacional de los Estados Unidos y re direcciona la agenda internacional enfocada en el desarrollo de los países considerados subdesarrollados, hacia la lucha contra el terrorismo a nivel mundial.
