dc.descriptionEn la actualidad, la humanidad en pro de aumentar su calidad de vida ha diseñado y construido maquinas que han hecho más fáciles las labores del ser humano, se conoce que antiguamente los alimentos se refrigeraban en hoyos envueltos con algún tipo de hojas y se añadía sales, ya que por sus altos contenidos de sodio prevenían la aparición de bacterias, no fue hasta el año 1834 cuando el científico Jacob Perkins construyo y patento este electrodoméstico que es tan utilizado en la actualidad, sin embargo no todo representa una bondad ya que los refrigeradores convencionales utilizan gases refrigerantes como es el R134A que es nocivo para la capa de ozono, y aunque las industrias ya se estén involucrando en la fabricación de refrigerantes con indicador ODP cero (indicador de destrucción de capa de ozono) aún está latente esta problemática, es por eso que mediante este experimento se propone una solución completamente alterna en donde la refrigeración se realice de manera eléctrica con celdas Peltier, que aprovechan diferenciales eléctricos para generar variaciones de temperatura, así mismo investigar aquellos fenómenos que ocurren en estas máquinas, su funcionamiento y como este tipo de tecnologías se pueden aprovechar para disminuir el consumo energético anual.

For this reason, through this experiment, a completely alternative solution is proposed in which the refrigeration is carried out electrically with cells. as Peltier, which take advantage of electrical differentials to generate temperature variations, as well as investigate those phenomena that occur in these machines, their operation and how this type of technology can be used to reduce annual energy consumption.
