In recent years there have been countless management methods to suit the needs of organizations, standards intended to promote a friendly relationship with the environment, good management of human resources, minimize the risk of smuggling and even social responsibility however , not everyone has an application methodology or transportation to organizations of different nature. Therefore we can conclude that although many texts expose the benefits of implementing systems of quality management in our case the ISO 9001 standard with the analysis of the studies conducted by the Spanish Association , research and experience having worked in several both public and private companies , it has been evident that many of these implement it to improve its image with its customers, as a contractual requirement ( tender) or other aspects , but in the internal processes no substantial changes looking to improve their competitiveness.
