dc.descriptionEl Liderazgo emocional en las Fuerzas armadas es la habilidad que tiene el comandante de hacer que cada miembro de la Institución entienda la misión constitucional. Si él logra que todos sus subalternos entiendan el objetivo estratégico como el lo entiende, logrará un liderazgo emocional perfecto y hará que todos los empleados hagan lo que él quiere. El Comandante sabe que las emociones juegan un papel importante, por ello trabaja para tocar la fibra de cada subalterno y hacer que sus emociones sean positivas, de esta forma consigue alto rendimiento y por tanto llegar a la victoria.
dc.descriptionThe emotional Leadership in the Armed forces is the ability that has the commandant of making each member of the Institution to understand the constitutional mission. If he achieves that all their subordinate ones understand the strategic objective as the he/she understands it, it will achieve a perfect emotional leadership and he/she will make all the employees to make what he wants. The Commandant knows that the emotions play an important paper, for he works it to play the fiber of each subordinate one and to make that their emotions are positive, this way it gets high yield and therefore to arrive to the victory.
