dc.descriptionCaring for the environment has become highly relevant in recent times at the international, national and local levels, as a result of the great ecological problems that are becoming increasingly acute and progressively deteriorate the planet. In this sense, talking about environmental sustainability in the framework of the United Nations 2030 Agenda, implies the reduction damage to the environment, also, the role of natural resources and services ecosystems on human well-being, economic opportunity and resilience social and ecological. For this reason, the sustainable development goals (SDGs) have in order to work on the great challenges that humanity faces to ensure that all people have the same opportunities and can lead a better life without compromising our planet. Likewise, the National Service of Learning SENA has developed different strategies aimed at contributing, as an institution, to the environmental sustainability of the training centers and the community that surrounds them, thus contributing with solutions to the environmental quality of the region through the development of an integrated system that allows contributing to the mitigation and compensation of environmental damage that have been occurring. This article outlines a look from the review of literature in primary and secondary sources to know and understand the main regulations that regulate environmental issues, those organizations that are references in matter and the main findings of ICT-mediated tools, which seek to contribute to the measurement, mitigation and environmental impact. As of this review, It is intended to define the criteria and parameters for the development of a prototype that allows the Central Complex of the Antioquia Region to carry out an adequate control and registration of its environmental indicators in order to propose strategies with a high environmental impact.en-US
dc.descriptionEl cuidado del medio ambiente ha cobrado una alta relevancia en los últimostiempos a nivel internacional, nacional y local, a raíz de los grandesproblemas ecológicos que cada vez se agudizan y deterioran progresivamenteel planeta. En este sentido, hablar de la sostenibilidad ambiental enel marco de la Agenda 2030 de las Naciones Unidas, implica la reducciónde los daños al ambiente, también, el papel de los recursos naturales y los serviciosecosistémicos en el bienestar humano, las oportunidades económicas y la resilienciasocial y ecológica. Es por ello, que los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS) tienencomo fin trabajar en los grandes desafíos a los que se enfrenta la humanidad paragarantizar que todas las personas tengan las mismas oportunidades y puedan llevaruna vida mejor sin comprometer nuestro planeta. Así mismo, el Servicio Nacional deAprendizaje SENA ha desarrollado diferentes estrategias encaminadas en la contribución,que como institución se puedan realizar a la sostenibilidad ambiental de loscentros de formación y de la comunidad que los rodea, aportando así, con solucionesa la calidad ambiental de la región a través del desarrollo de un sistema integradoque permita contribuir con la mitigación y compensación de los daños ambientalesque se han estado ocasionando. Este artículo, esboza una mirada desde la revisión deliteratura en fuentes primarias y secundarias para conocer y comprender las principalesnormas que regulan los temas ambientales, aquellas organizaciones referentes enmateria y los principales hallazgos de herramientas mediadas por las TIC, que buscancontribuir con la medición, mitigación e impacto ambiental. A partir de esta revisión,se pretende definir los criterios y parámetros para el desarrollo de un prototipo quepermita al Complejo Central de la Regional Antioquia llevar un adecuado control yregistro de sus indicadores ambientales en miras de proponer estrategias de alto impactoambiental.es-ES
