dc.description	Passionflowers are part of a richness at an economic, nutritional and genetic, which have sedative, antispasmodic and antibacterial properties, and Colombia is a country with a diversity of these species. To guarantee the use of these fruits, through the objective of this study, the use of different post-harvest technologies and their effect are identified.on shelf life in fruits of the passionflower genus. This is an investigation of the type documentary in which secondary and tertiary sources were reviewed; a technological surveillance was applied as a methodological strategy and the Vantage Point software was used to organize the information. In addition, 37 publications worldwide on postharvest technologies applied to passionflower fruits were identified, determining the effects on the useful life of the fruits after the application of these technologies, among those found are packaging, chemical preservatives, coatings, systems of refrigeration, application of essential oils, hydrothermal treatments and management of ambient temperature, being the packaging technology the most studied, due to the low cost it takes to implement this technology in the industry. The main passionflower fruits studied were passion fruit, gulupa and granadilla. The results of the study allowed to know the main technologies used for the conservation of passionflowers, as well as the participation of Colombia in the issue of research, being below countries such as Brazil, Kenya, Japan and Spain.	en-US
dc.description	Las pasifloras hacen parte de una riqueza a nivel económico, nutricional ygenético, que tienen propiedades sedativas, antiespasmódicas y antibacteriales,y Colombia es un país con diversidad de estas especies. Para garantizarel aprovechamiento de estos frutos, por medio del objetivo de este estudio,se identifica el uso de las diferentes tecnologías poscosecha y su efectosobre vida útil en frutos del género de las pasifloras. Esta es una investigación de tipodocumental en la que se revisaron fuentes secundarias y terciarias; se aplicó una vigilanciatecnológica como estrategia metodológica y se utilizó el software Vantage Pointpara organizar la información. Además, se identificaron 37 publicaciones a nivel mundialsobre tecnologías poscosecha aplicadas a frutos de pasifloras, determinando losefectos en la y vida útil de los frutos luego de la aplicación de estas tecnologías, entrelas encontradas están los empaques, conservantes químicos, recubrimientos, sistemasde refrigeración, aplicación de aceites esenciales, tratamientos hidrotérmicos y manejode temperatura ambiente, siendo la tecnología de empaques la más estudiada,debido al bajo costo que toma implementar esta tecnología en la industria. Los principalesfrutos pasifloráceos estudiados fueron el maracuyá, la gulupa y la granadilla.Los resultados del estudio permitieron conocer las principales tecnologías usadas parala conservación de las pasifloras, así como la participación de Colombia en el tema deinvestigación, encontrándose por debajo de países como Brasil, Kenia, Japón y España.	es-ES
