dc.description	The present text seeks to answer the question: Does the recognition of indigenous rights and the lack of legal development of the indigenous legal system produced a relativized right, bringing, in some cases, abuse of power, loss of identity and even violations fundamental rights? On the basis of a dogmatic, hypothetical-deductive and comparative methodology, text shows three situations that have called dichotomies, in which it studies how in practice facing legal guarantees to the loss of culture, abuse of power and violations of Human Rights.	en-US
dc.description	En el presente texto se busca responder a la pregunta ¿El reconocimiento del derecho indígena y la falta de desarrollo legal del sistema jurídico indígena ha producido un derecho relativizado, trayendo consigo, en algunos casos, abusos de poder, pérdida de identidad e incluso violaciones de los derechos fundamentales? Teniendo como base en una metodología dogmática, hipotética deductiva y comparativa, el texto demuestra en tres situaciones que se han denominado dicotomías, la cuales pretenden explicar cómo en la práctica se enfrentan las garantías legales a la pérdida de la cultura, abuso del poder y violaciones de los Derechos Humanos.	es-ES
