dc.descriptionThrough this article of reflection, the need of the transgender concept in the Colombian Constitutional Precedent as a mechanism for the recognition of identity and other rights is analyzed. All this within the framework of some judgments of Guardianship Action (Acción de Tutela in Spanish) of the Constitutional Court, the gender perspective as a category of social analysis and non-hegemonic identities, to then consider their precisions in each case. For this reason, this article does not seek to generate a closed transgender concept, on the contrary, it shows the different concepts that can serve as the basis for an own construction. en-US
dc.descriptionA través del presente artículo de reflexión se analiza la necesidad del concepto transgénero en el precedente constitucional colombiano como mecanismo para el reconocimiento de la identidad y otros derechos, todo ello en el marco de algunas sentencias de tutela de la Corte Constitucional, la perspectiva de género como categoría de análisis social e identidades no hegemónicas, para luego considerar sus precisiones en cada caso. Por esta razón, el presente artículo, no busca generar un concepto cerrado de transgénero, por el contrario, muestra los diferentes conceptos que pueden servir de base para una construcción propia.es-ES
