dc.descriptionDevelopment of this initiative is intended to substantiate their own arguments and categories of political philosophy, the genesis, structure, and development of human rights from one of the authors who have occupied much of the reflections in the current debate, such as Jürgen Habermas. There are several ways to support the existence of Human Rights, which means that ere are several ways to support the existence of Human Rights, which means thatdepending on the concept we have of them, there is a theoretical underpinning that justifies their existence. Habermas believes that the rights arise as a result of deliberativeprocesses that participants through dialogical  relations in the public, raise a range ofpositivization they have considered in advance, highly desirable.en-US
dc.descriptionEl desarrollo de esta iniciativa tiene como propósito fundamentar con argumentos y categorías propias de la filosofía política, la génesis, estructura y desarrollo de los derechos humanos a partir de uno de los autores que han ocupado buena parte de las reflexiones en el debate actual, como lo es Jürgen Habermas.Existen varios modos de sustentar la existencia de los derechos humanos, lo que quiere significar que dependiendo de la concepción que se tenga de los mismos, existe un soporte teórico que legitima su existencia. Habermas considera que los derechos surgen como resultados de procesos deliberativos que los participantes mediante relaciones dialógicas en el ámbito público, elevan a rango de positivación, que con antelación han considerado altamente deseables.es-ES
