dc.descriptionThis article aims to address the scope of the problem of recruitment of children into colombian armed conflict and its international implications. At the end we see that the same is not enough to address the factors that are derived from it and lead to new elements of crime. In sum, set special policies need not only to prevent the recruitment of children in armed conflict, but requires avoid double victimization after being reintegrated into the social environment.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo pretende abordar el alcance del problema del reclutamiento de menores en el conflicto armado colombiano y sus implicaciones internacionales. Al final se observa que el mismo no es suficiente para afrontar los factores que de él se derivan y que desembocan en nuevos elementos de criminalidad. En suma, hace falta establecer políticas especiales no solo para prevenir el reclutamiento de menores en los conflictos armados, sino que se requiere también evitar su doble victimización luego de ser reinsertados al medio sociales-ES
