| dc.description | Through this manuscript it is intended from the context of the clinical history to analyze the role played by the duty and the constitutional right of information and the duty of professional secrecy, which constitute guiding criteria in the process of preparing the clinical history. For the above purposes, some historical background to the medical history, the legal nature of the same and some contributions related to medical liability will be analyzed. The research methodology used was qualitative, in order to understand the context of the medical history and its impact on the legal and medical scenario. All of the above in accordance with the method of dogmatic research, in order to explain the normative and doctrinal framework of the clinical history, as it is, but at the same time in order to complement it and make it more intelligible. | en-US |
| dc.description | A través del presente manuscrito se pretende desde el contexto de la historia clínica analizar el papel que desempeña el deber y el derecho constitucional de información y el deber de secreto profesional, los cuales se constituyen en criterios rectores en el proceso de elaboración de la historia clínica. Para efectos de lo anterior se analizará algunos antecedentes históricos a la historia clínica, la naturaleza jurídica de la misma y algunos aportes relacionados a la responsabilidad médica La metodología de investigación empleada fue de carácter cualitativo, en aras de comprender el contexto de la historia clínica y su incidencia en el escenario jurídico y médico. Todo lo anterior de conformidad con el método de investigación dogmático, en aras de lograr explicar el marco normativo y doctrinal de la historia clínica, tal como es, pero al mismo tiempo en aras de lograr complementarlo y de hacerlo más inteligible. | es-ES |
