dc.descriptionStarting from two typologies of constitutions exhibited by recognized Constitutional Law writers, from an abstract perspective and starting from the written Constitution, with historical references regarding the construction of the liberal State, the role of constitutions in the independence of nations is outlined in an analytical way. And, with brief reviews regarding what happened in the process of independence of the United States of America and ours, given the conjuncture of the bicentennial of the real or material independence that we are commemorating, it is concluded that, despite the vicissitudes present at the dawn of nations, the written Constitution became an important reference avoiding the idea of a despotic government and, as a consequence, nourishing the possible praxis of democracy, even though its materialization has been gradual.en-US
dc.descriptionAl partir de dos tipologías de constituciones expuestas por reconocidos tratadistas del Derecho Constitucional, desde una óptica abstracta y partiendo de la constitución escrita, con referentes históricos de la construcción del Estado Liberal, se esboza, en forma analítica, el papel de las constituciones en la independencia de las naciones. Y, con breves reseñas respecto a lo acontecido en el proceso de independencia de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica y del nuestro, dada la coyuntura del Bicentenario real o material de independencia que estamos conmemorando, se concluye que, no obstante las vicisitudes presentes en el alba de las naciones, la Constitución escrita se convirtió en un importante referente evitando la idea de un gobierno despótico y, como consecuencia, nutriendo la praxis de la democracia, aun cuando su materialización ha sido paulatina.es-ES
