dc.descriptionThe article describes the results of the master’s thesis sustained in 2016 regarding the case study applied to the MSMEs business of Florencia, Caquetá, Colombia. Limitations on the right to the internet and restriction to technological services (Cloud Computing), the right to work, competition and growth in the MSMEs market within a social market economy were evidenced. nationally, globallyand cross-border, which means that the promotion and guarantee of the right to the internet, in peripheral production areas is limited. Likewise, this guarantee restriction to the right to the internet, whether due to lack of interest or ignorance, generates an impact on the use of technologies, preventing a more equal access in market competition. For this reason, the methodology applied was a case study with presentation of results. The confidence level formula was applied; 250,163 surveys were conducted, using Dreamweaver and MySQL software, and Tableau software was implemented to generate the results. In conclusion, the correlations between the right to the internet and the periphery areas are determined by new organizational forms of the actors of the MSMEs against the right to the internet, reduction of digital gaps, promotion of incentives to generate greater competitiveness, foray into the globalizing market and above all to enhance the production and services of MSMEs compared to technological services.en-US
dc.descriptionEl artículo describe los resultados de la tesis de maestría sustentada en el 2016 respecto al estudio de caso aplicado a las MiPymes de Florencia, Caquetá, Colombia. Se revisaron las correlaciones del Derecho al Internet en zonas de periferia; se evidenció limitaciones al del derecho a internet y restricción a servicios tecnológicos (Cloud Computing), al derecho al trabajo, a la competencia y el crecimiento en el mercado de MiPymes dentro de una economía social de mercado; en ámbito nacional, globalizante y transfronterizo; lo cual conlleva a que la promoción y garantía del Derecho al Internet, en zonas de producción de periferia se limite. Asimismo, esa restricción de garantía al Derecho al Internet sea por desinterés o desconocimiento genera un impacto en el uso de tecnologías, impidiendo un acceso más igualitario en la competencia de mercados. Por esa razón, la metodología aplicada fue de estudio de caso con presentación de resultados, se aplicó fórmula del nivel de confianza; se realizaron 250,163 encuestas, por medio del software Dreamweaver y MySQL y se implementó el software Tableau para generar los resultados. En conclusión, las correlaciones del Derecho al Internet y las zonas periferia están dirimidas por nuevas formas organizacionales de los actores de las MiPymes frente al Derecho al Internet, aminoración de brechas digitales, promoción de incentivos para generar mayor competitividad, incursión en el mercado globalizante y sobre todo potenciar la producción y los servicios de las MiPymes frente a los servicios tecnológicos.es-ES
