dc.description	There are various criteria for a norm to be part of a legal system, among the variables is that of normative validity, in the sense of conformity with the others that are part of it; for this reason, it is analyzed the validity and the criteria that imply it to establish if it constitutes a necessary and sufficient condition of belonging to a system of norms.In the same way, validity has been taken as the basis of normative identity, which implies that they have common but not equal features or characteristics, since it is a set of norms that make up a legal system, which excludes equality between them.Morals and ethics are the foundation of validity, but they do not constitute an exclusive criterion, to the extent that others determine compliance with other mandatory regulations within the legal system, such as the rule of recognition, for example.	en-US
dc.description	Existen diversos criterios para que una norma haga parte de un sistema jurídico, entre los acules está el de la validez normativa, en el sentido de conformidad con las demás que hacen parte del mismo; por tal razón, se hace analizar la validez y los criterios que la implican para establecer si constituye una condición necesario y suficiente de pertenencia a un sistema de normas.De la misma manera, la validez se ha tomado como fundamento de identidad normativa, lo cual implica que tengan rasgos o características comunes, aunque no iguales, ya que, se trata de conjunto de normas que conforman un sistema jurídico, lo cual excluye la igualdad entre ellas. La moral y la ética son fundamento de validez, pero no constituyen un criterio exclusivo, en la medida que existen otros que determinan la conformidad con otras regulaciones obligatorias dentro del sistema jurídico, como podría ser la regla de reconocimiento, por ejemplo.	es-ES
