dc.descriptionThe objective of this study is to analyze the institution of the fiscal rule as an instrument for the realization of the purposes of the State, within the framework of the Social State of Law, based on its principles and the Social Market Economy, as a basis for the intervention in the economy embodied in the instrument of the fiscal rule, focusing on the need for this, its objectives, its application and the current state of affairs in Colombia. In this sense, it is necessary to address the concept of fiscal sustain­ability and its relationship with the effectiveness of the Social Rule of Law.  en-US
dc.descriptionEste estudio tiene como objetivo el análisis de la institución de la Regla Fiscal como instrumento para la materializacion de los fines del Estado, dentro del marco de un Estado Social de Derecho, partiendo de sus principios y de la Economía Social de Mercado, como fundamento para la intervención en la economia materializada en el instrumento de la Regla Fiscal, centrandose en la necesidad de esta, en sus objetivos, aplicación y la actualidad de la misma en Colombia. En tal sentido es necesario abordar el concepto de Sostenibilidad Fiscal y su relación con la eficacia del Estado Social de Derecho.  es-ES
