dc.descriptionThis paper presents an analysis of how the finaldevice and interruptions affect the assessment ofQuality of Experience (QoE) when a user makesuse of streaming video service which was achievedby surveying 60 students who watched a video individuallyfor 1.53 minutes at one of the two devicesiPad1 iPhone4 twice, leaving the first one preloadthe data buffer 15 seconds and the second leavinghim totally preload, and based on the results wasobserved that the user qualifies the devices basedon the expectation , the interruptions have differenteffects depending of QoE evaluation device.To continue this work finally recommends checkingvariables such as screen size and resolutionin order to determine how the user perceive theservice depending on the change of these variablesen-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo muestra un análisis de cómoel dispositivo final y las interrupciones afectan laevaluación de la Calidad De La Experiencia (QoE)cuando un usuario hace uso del servicio de videostreaming. Se logró realizando encuestas a 60 estudianteslos cuales observaron un video individualmentedurante 1.53 minutos en uno de los dosdispositivos iPhone4 o iPad1 dos vece. La primeradejando precargar el buffer de datos 15 segundosy la segunda dejándolo precargar totalmente. Seobservó que el usuario califica los dispositivos conbase a la expectativa y a las interrupcione. Dichosfactorestienen diferentes efectos sobre la evaluaciónde la QoE dependiendo del dispositivo. Paracontinuar con este trabajo finalmente se recomiendarevisar variables como el tamaño de la pantallay la resolución para así determinar con el usuariopercibe el servicio dependiendo del cambio de dichasvariables.es-ES
