dc.description	Kawasaki disease is an acute disease of unknown aetiology, characterized by fever of more than 5 days, polymorphous rash, conjunctival injection, edema, cervical lymphadenopathy, erythema and desquamation of the oropharynx in children less than 4 years. P It is presented case of female who is 3 years old with clinically characterized by fever with 6 days of evolution, left cervical adenopathy, polymorphous rash in distal ends at upper and lower limbs with central progression, pruritus, strawberry language, cyanosis of lips and hard swelling in the lower limbs. He It was confused at the beginning of the course of the disease with secondary allergic urticaria box started antibiotic, but However with the passing of the days it was becoming typical so was established the treatment in a timely manner with Immunoglobulin G single dose intravenous, It was reflected in the progressive decrease of feverish peaks, vasculitis in extremities to 48 hours and various manifestations presented by this patient. The echocardiographic findings were analyzed without found finding complications of this entityof this entity complications,. It was demanded asking the addition of new controlafter graduating new control. dc.description	La enfermedad de Kawasaki es una patología aguda de etiología desconocida, caracterizada por fiebre de más de cinco días, exantema polimorfo, inyección conjuntiva, edema, linfadenopatía cervical, eritema y descamación de la orofaringe en niños menores de cuatro años. Se presenta caso de femenina de tres años con cuadro clínico de fiebre de seis días de evolución, adenopatía cervical izquierda, exantema polimorfo en extremos distales en miembros superiores e inferiores con progresión central, prurito, lengua aframbuesada, cianosis de labios y edema duro en miembros inferiores. Al principio del curso de la enfermedad fue confundida con cuadro de urticaria alérgica secundario a antibiótico iniciado, pero con el pasar de los días fue haciéndose típico por lo que se instauró el tratamiento de manera oportuna con Inmunoglobulina G intravenosa dosis única, reflejado en la disminución progresiva de picos febriles, vasculitis en extremidades a las 48 horas y diversas manifestaciones presentadas por esta paciente. Los hallazgos ecocardiográficos se analizaron sin hallarse complicaciones propias de esta entidad, solicitándose luego de egresar nuevo control. Por otra parte se revisaron criterios clínicos de esta patología con el fin de resaltar la importancia de la detección temprana y tratamiento oportuno, lo que permitirá la disminución de complicaciones devastadoras futuras	es-ES
