dc.descriptionToday, quality systems have become a projection and growth platform for all the productive entities. Despite the great acceptance of standards such as ISO 9001, it is necessary to incorporate new tools that enable us to renew business strategies and provide timely responses to new requirements in terms of quality, environment and safety and health at work. Therefore, to think about the implementation of an Integrated Management System (SGI) has become for organizations a practical and successful solution in order to optimize quality at all its levels. Next, a documentary review will be made of the rules that are being combined in order to give way to the SGI and also aspects related to accreditation in health entities in the Department of Atlántico. en-US
dc.descriptionHoy por hoy, los sistemas de calidad se han convertido en una plataforma de proyección y crecimiento para todos los entes productivos. No obstante, la gran acogida de normas como la ISO 9001, se hace necesaria la incorporación de nuevas herramientas que permitan renovar estrategias empresariales y dar respuestas oportunas a nuevos requerimientos en cuanto a calidad, medio ambiente y seguridad, y salud en el trabajo. Por lo anterior, pensar en la implantación de un Sistema de Gestión Integrado (SGI), se ha convertido para las organizaciones en una solución práctica y acertada para optimizar la calidad en todos sus niveles. A continuación, se realizará una revisión documental de las normas que se vienen combinando para dar paso a los SGI y también aspectos relacionados con la acreditación en entidades de salud en el departamento del Atlántico. es-ES
