dc.descriptionEspecially in recent years, solutions are sought to reduce the worrying economic and social indicators affecting most countries. One option is accepted and recognized foster entrepreneurship and business creation, developing programs and government and private policies. However, when evaluating their findings are questions and doubts that lead us to think more deeply about what would be the best alternative to minimize such problems? This article aims to encourage reflection various stakeholders to find causes and effects that have prevented better results in Colombia, but more than that, propose in the light of the actual situation of domestic and international context, consistent and possible solutions performingen-US
dc.descriptionEn los últimos años se buscan soluciones para reducir los preocupantes índices económicos y sociales que afectan a la mayoría de los países del mundo. Una opción aceptada y reconocida es fomentar el emprendimiento y creación de empresas, desarrollando programas, políticas gubernamentales y privadas. Sin embargo, al momento de evaluar sus resultados surgen interrogantes y dudas que nos llevan a reflexionar más profundamente acerca de cuáles serían las mejores alternativas para aminorarlas. Este artículo de reflexión pretende motivar a los distintos grupos de interés a encontrar causas y consecuencias que no han permitido en Colombia mejores resultados, además, realizar comparativos con países de América Latina con el fin de emular experiencias, pero más que eso, proponer a la luz de la real situación del contexto nacional e internacional, soluciones coherentes y viableses-ES
