dc.description	After the honorable publication by Dictamen Libre magazine in 2019, of the succinct but clear progress of the current research entitled “Document management (DG) as a related development tool between transparency and access to information in Colombia.” , which was a starting point for the creation of the current document and the research in general. Reason why this investigative document is presented in order to build a mostly updated and rigorous scheme of the legal nature of document management in our country and the way in which it could protect fundamental rights through the archival function. The result of the current investigation has the main objective of adding legal elements related to establishing the factors that have limited the comprehensive implementation of document management in Colombia today. The investigative text is developed within the framework of the following research lines of the Universidad Libre de Colombia: (i) Law, state, culture and society, (ii) Social and Economic Development; and (iii).	en-US
dc.description	Luego de la honrosa publicación realizada por la revista Dictamen Libre en 2019, del sucinto pero claro avance de la investigación actual titulado “La gestión documental (GD) como herramienta de desarrollo relacionadora entre la transparencia y el acceso a la información en Colombia.” , que fue un punto de partida para la creación del documento actual y la investigación en general. Razón por la que se presenta este documento investigativo en aras de construir un esquema mayormente actualizado y riguroso de la naturaleza jurídica de la gestión documental en nuestro país y la forma en que este podría proteger derechos fundamentales a través de la función archivística. El resultado de la actual investigación tiene como objetivo principal sumar elementos jurídicos relacionados con establecer los factores que han limitado la implementación integral de la gestión documental en Colombia en la actualidad. El texto investigativo es desarrollado en el marco de las siguientes líneas de investigación de la Universidad Libre de Colombia: (i) Derecho, estado, cultura y sociedad, (ii) Desarrollo Social y Económico; y (iii) Desarrollo Sostenible, Tecnología e Innovación.	es-ES
