dc.descriptionThis reflection article seeks to clarify the argument that it is not a question of favoring a business management model with the help of information systems, nor of pressing its use differently for what it was created for, but rather of implementing a new form of management that seek to use successful new and innovative management tools knowing clearly the true utility and limitations of the chosen ones, in this case the Balanced Scorecard and the Theory of Constraints are presented, their use in organizations, and the possibility of simultaneous use.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo de reflexión persigue  esclarecer el argumento de que no se trata de favorecer un modelo de gestión empresarial con la ayuda de los sistemas de información, ni de presionar su utilización diferente para lo que fue creada, sino, de implementar una nueva forma de gerencia que busque utilizar exitosas herramientas nuevas e innovadoras de gestión conociendo claramente la verdadera utilidad y limitaciones de las escogidas, en este caso se presenta el Balanced Scorecard y la Teoría de Restricciones, su uso en las organizaciones, y la posibilidad del uso simultaneo.es-ES
