dc.descriptionThe economic welfare of the organizations, it is an aspect that links up with operations management and that generally provides evidence of identity through the functions of the operations management. Of these know that they have been largely processed in literature, although of very scarce form, at the sector of the services and analysis of integrated form has not always turned out well. The entrepreneurial sector in Cuba does not find himself not our own to this reality, and although what caught up with is recognized, an intention of maintaining it and making it perfect, which is why the improvement of the operations management within entrepreneurial system constitutes a priority for the government. Attending to the above a procedure that enables the improvement of the functions of the operations management was developed. This has been applied in several entities of services, showing various results that are observed in this paper  en-US
dc.descriptionEl bienestar económico de las organizaciones es un aspecto vinculado con la Administración de Operaciones (AO) y que generalmente se identifica a través de las Funciones de la Administraciónde Operaciones (FAO). De estas se conoce que han sido ampliamente tratadas en la literatura, aunque de forma muy escasa, enel sector de los servicios y no siempre se ha logrado su análisis de forma integrada. El sector empresarial cubano no se encuentra ajeno a esta realidad, y aunque se reconoce lo alcanzado, existe una intención de mantenerlo y perfeccionarlo, por lo que constituye una prioridad para la dirección del país el perfeccionamiento de la AO dentro de su sistema empresarial. Atendiendo a lo anterior se desarrolló un procedimiento que permite el perfeccionamiento de las funciones de la administración de operaciones. Este ha sido aplicado en varias entidades de servicios, mostrando diversos resultados que se observan en este artículo.es-ES
