dc.descriptionThis article proposes to implement a methodology for the development of collaborative alliances between the pharmaceutical laboratory under study and a VIC (Very Important Customer) client of the chain channel; which seeks to reduce inventory costs and the percentage of error in projections and increase the level of service. The development of the project is divided into four phases: diagnosis, definition of key aspects and ABC multicriteria classification, preparation and conciliation of Forescast and, finally, evaluation of efficiency showing analysis of results, where it was found that the high variability of demand In the products selected in the characterization, it does not allow to define a single demand planning model and, although there are technological tools within the Laboratory to estimate the best model, they do not reach the level of detail per Client, their scope is more limited, even defining demand projections to the products it sells.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo propone implementar una metodología para el desarrollo de alianzas colaborativas entre el laboratorio farmacéutico en estudio y un cliente VIC (Very Important Customer) del canal cadenas; el cual busca reducir los costos de inventarios y el porcentaje de error en las proyecciones y aumentar el nivel de servicio. El desarrollo del proyecto se divide en cuatro fases: diagnostico, definición de aspectos claves y clasificación ABC multicriterio, elaboración y conciliación de Forescast y, por último, valoración de la eficiencia mostrando análisis de resultados, donde se encontró que la alta variabilidad de la demanda en los productos seleccionados en la caracterización no permite definir un solo modelo de planeación de demanda y, aunque existen herramientas tecnológicas dentro del Laboratorio para estimar el mejor modelo, no llegan hasta el nivel de detalle por Cliente, su alcance es más limitado llegando a definir proyecciones de demanda hasta los productos que comercializa.es-ES
