dc.description	This article develops the analysis of humanitarian aid for victims of the armed conflict in Colombia taking into account the implementation of Law 1448 (Victims’ Law) and the role of women within it. The methodology used corresponds to qualitative research with an analytical and descriptive approach. The result of the analysis showed among other findings, the contradiction between what the State and the victims say in relation to the reparation processes, a high confusion in the implementation of the law, as well as the little application of the constitutional court rulings with regard to the resolution of requests for the delivery of humanitarian aid proposed by the victims of the crime of forced displacement	en-US
dc.description	Este artículo desarrolla el análisis de la ayuda humanitaria para víctimas del conflicto armado en Colombia teniendo en cuenta la implementación de la Ley 1448 (Ley de Víctimas) y el papel de la mujer al interior de este. La metodología empleada corresponde a una investigación cualitativa, con enfoque analítico y descriptivo. El resultado del análisis evidenció, entre otros, hallazgos, la contradicción entre lo que afirma el Estado y las víctimas en relación a los procesos de reparación, una alta confusión en la implementación de la Ley, así como la escasa aplicación de los fallos de la corte constitucional en cuanto a la resolución de peticiones de entrega de ayuda humanitaria propuestas por las víctimas del delito de desplazamiento forzado.	es-ES
