dc.descriptionThe constitutional court through legal acts of enforcement’s rulings has developed the dynamics for the State’s compliance with its obligation with regards to the GHSSS (General Healthcare and Social Security System) users and advises, in each category of the subject in particular and according to the needs they have, on the way in which they should be served, valued and effectively protected in view of any violation of their right to public health by the stakeholders that manage the system. This work analyzes the right to health considering two special subjects: children and pregnant women.en-US
dc.descriptionLa corte constitucional colombiana a través de sus sentencias de tutela ha desarrollado la dinámica del cumplimiento de la obligación del Estado frente a los usuarios del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (SGSSS) orientando, en cada categoría de sujeto en particular, según las necesidades que presentan, la forma en que deben ser atendidos, valorados y efectivamente protegidos ante la vulneración de su Derecho a la Salud por parte de los actores que dirigen el sistema. Este trabajo analiza el derecho a la salud desde dos sujetos especiales: los niños y las mujeres embarazadas.es-ES
