dc.descriptionThe current article will consider the main elements of John Rawls’ thought that have been used as parameters for ethical and political analysis in the cases of the Colombian Constitutional Court during its twenty years of existence. The importance of this topic arises from the fact that, by having the Court as the main guard of constitutional supremacy, its decisions have such authority to other state actors that they use as interpretative guidelines its reasoning and, consequently, the ideas of the authors that it employs.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo de reflexión académica tiene como propósito presentar algunos elementos del pensamiento de John Rawls que han sido tomados como parámetros de análisis ético y político en algunos casos resueltos por la Corte Constitucional Colombiana, en adelante CCC, en sus veinte años de vida. La importancia de este análisis radica en que al tener la CCC como función principal la salvaguarda de la supremacía constitucional, sus pronunciamientos tienen una autoridad tal que las demás instancias estatales toman como parámetro hermenéutico sus razonamientos y por contera, los autores que les sirven de basamento.es-ES
