dc.descriptionThe human settlement La Fortaleza has as part of its population not only people who are vulnerable because of their economic condition, but also families that have been affected by the Colombian internal armed conflict, a situation that has focused on the fact of forced displacement, based on the need of these people to take shelter in a house after the execution of the crime of which they are the victims of fragmented living conditions. This requires the reference of the population of the settlement, be victims or not of crimes related to the armed conflict, integrate socially and integrally in the middle of adversity situations, achieve with this text investigate the analysis of this process of integration that arises from the conflict and seeks its course towards dignity.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objetivo de esta investigación fue la establecer en qué medida la población víctima del conflicto armado que habita el asentamiento humano La Fortaleza se ha integrado socialmente. Se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo con el propósito de analizar el fenómeno social de la integración social de las personas víctimas de desplazamiento forzado, así como las medidas adoptadas por las entidades públicas para lograr la satisfacción de la problemática que han padecido los habitantes del asentamiento humano La Fortaleza, realizando un análisis documental hermenéutico de los precedentes jurisprudenciales, aplicando la observación social a través de varios instrumentos como el derecho de petición a entidades públicas y/o privadas, entrevista semiestructurada y encuesta aplicada a un grupo de habitantes del referido asentamiento.es-ES
