dc.description	For  our  article,  initially  we  want  to  know  the genesis of labor law making an inter-national  historical  tour  and  then,  consult the regulations and legislation with more relevance,  existing  in  Colombia,  which refers  to  the  special  protection  aimed  at the working population, framed in develo-pment and implementation of the system of safety and health at work, which aims to guarantee factors, that contribute to the development  of  satisfaction  and  why  not say it to happiness in the aboral environ-ment, this from a not only legal, but also psychosocial perspective, which allow us to  determine  the  relationship  that  exists, between the degree of job satisfaction or happiness with the application of existing laws on the subject	en-US
dc.description	Inicialmente queremos conocer la génesis del derecho laboral realizando un recorrido histórico internacional para luego, consul-tar  la normatividad y legislación con más relevancia,  existente  en  Colombia,  que  haga  referencia  a  la  protección  especial dirigida a la población trabajadora, enmar-cada en el desarrollo e implementación del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, que propenda por garantizar factores, que aporten  al  desarrollo  de  la  satisfacción  y  porque no decirlo a la felicidad en el entor-no  aboral,  esto  desde  una  óptica  no  solo  legal,  sino  también  psicosocial,  que  nos  permita determinar la relación que existe, entre  el  grado  de  satisfacción  o  felicidad  laboral con la aplicación de las leyes exis-tentes sobre el tema	es-ES
