dc.descriptionEconomic  crises,  globalization  and  tech-nological  changes  brought  collaborative work,  as  a  new  trend  of  socio-economic  development that triggers major shortcom-ings in the Social Security System both in Colombia and worldwide. In this context, digital platforms become the main source of innovation for the development of this collaborative economy, being this, an ef-fective model in the generation of employ-ment,  promoting  access  to  new  services  and products. However, the figure of work-ers in the provision of services is unknown, since  the  absence  of  labor  regulation means that there is no equality of condi-tions between the traditional sectors and the new technological platforms.These forms of employment are increas-ingly challenging due to new forms of busi-ness organization, the emergence of tech-nologies  and  changes  in  the  contractual relationship. The work environment faces its greatest challenge, finding difficulty in the prevention and promotion of Occupa-tional Health and Safety (OSH), since cur-rent  regulations  do  not  contemplate  this economy in their actions, nor in the roles and  responsibilities  of  those  directly  in-volved in the productive chain.Without a doubt, the Collaborative Econ-omy generates changes in the new labor scenario. The key will be to be able to de-velop with time and experience, tools that allow channeling these new technologies, taking advantage of the employment po-tential that it generates, and being able to provide comprehensive labor protection to the different socio-labor actorsen-US
dc.descriptionLas  crisis  económicas,  la  globalización  y  los cambios tecnológicos, trajeron consigo el  trabajo  colaborativo,  como  una  nueva  tendencia  de  desarrollo  socioeconómico  que  desencadena  grandes  falencias  en  el  Sistema  de  Seguridad  Social  tanto  en  Colombia  como  a  nivel  mundial.  En  este  contexto, las plataformas digitales se con-vierten en la principal fuente de innovación para el desarrollo de esta economía cola-borativa,  siendo  esta,  un  modelo  efectivo  en la generación de empleo, promoviendo el acceso a nuevos servicios y productos. Sin  embargo,  se  desconoce  la  figura  de los  trabajadores  en  la  prestación  de  los  servicios,  pues  la  ausencia  de  regulación  laboral hace que no haya igualdad de con-diciones entre los sectores tradicionales y las nuevas plataformas tecnológicas.Estas  modalidades  de  empleo  son  cada  vez más retadoras por las nuevas formas de  organización  empresarial,  la  irrupción  de las tecnologías y los cambios en la rela-ción contractual. El ámbito laboral enfrenta su mayor desafío, encontrando dificultad en la prevención y promoción de la Segu-ridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST), pues la normatividad  vigente  no  contempla  esta  economía  en  su  actuar,  ni  en  los  roles  y  responsabilidades de los directamente in-volucrados en la cadena productiva.Sin  lugar  a  dudas,  la  Economía  Colabo-rativa  genera  cambios  en  el  nuevo  esce-nario  laboral.  La  clave  estará  en  poder  desarrollar con el tiempo y la experiencia, herramientas  que  permitan  canalizar  es-tas nuevas tecnologías, aprovechando el potencial de empleo que genera, y siendo capaces de dar protección laboral integral a los distintos actores, socios-laboraleses-ES
