dc.descriptionToday,   low   back   pain   is   known  as  one  of  the  most  common  dis-eases, it is defined by presenting pain lo-cated between the last ribs (lower flange) and  buttocks.  It  certainly  represents  a  large number of medical consultations and a worrying absenteeism in work areas. We also  see  these  cumulative  disorders  re-flected in discomfort in the area of the neck and upper limbs, due to poor postures, re-petitive movement and forced labor in ad-ministrative work areas. Methodology: re-view and analysis of international, national and local bibliography. Conclusion:  poor  postural hygiene, absence of active paus-es and lumbar muscle discomfort are the most relevant occupational characteristics in this articleen-US
dc.descriptionHoy  en  día  se  conoce  la  lumbalgia como una de las enfermedades más  comunes,  se  define  por  presentar dolor  localizado  entre  las  últimas  costi-llas  (reborde  inferior)  y  glúteos.  Sin  duda  representa  un  gran  número  de  consultas  médicas  y  un  preocupante  ausentismo  en  áreas  de  trabajo.  Vemos  también  es-tos trastornos acumulativos reflejados en molestias en el área de cuello y miembros superiores, debido a malas posturas, mo-vimiento  repetitivo  y  trabajos  forzosos  en  áreas  de  trabajo  administrativoes-ES
