dc.descriptionThis research is the result of the study of a highly complex issue in our social environment, such as the crime of sexual abuse of minors in Colombia, in which we address the importance that must be taken when collecting evidence and testimonial assessment of each minor violated. In these cases, the testimony of the victims and the aggressor are usually the only evidence, so the statements of the competent experts must be carefully analyzed to study the evidence and to ensure that justice is done. This work also analyzes a wide range of doctrines and jurisprudence that helped us achieve an excellent degree project.en-US
dc.descriptionEsta investigación es el resultado del estudio de un tema sumamente complejo en nuestro entorno social, como es el delito de abuso sexual a menores en Colombia, en el cual abordamos la importancia que se debe tener al momento de recopilar las evidencias probatorias y valoración testimonial de cada menor vulnerado. En estos casos, el testimonio de las víctimas y el agresor suelen constituir la única prueba, por lo que se debe analizar muy cuidadosamente las declaraciones de los peritos competentes de estudiar las evidencias y lograr que se haga justicia. Este trabajo además analiza un amplio margen de doctrinas y jurisprudencias que nos fue de mucha ayuda para lograr un excelente proyecto de grado.es-ES
