dc.descriptionWith this article we sought clarity regarding the right of access to the administration of justice, a right established in article 229 of the Colombian Constitution of 1991, which derives from the application of effective judicial protection by the different operators of the country. Constitutionally as well as legally, effective judicial protection is enshrined as a right of every person. Thus, the 1991 Constitution establishes that "the right of every person to access the administration of justice is guaranteed". This precept is developed by the General Code of the process, when it states that "every person or group of persons has the right to effective judicial protection for the exercise of their rights and the defense of their interests.en-US
dc.descriptionCon el presente artículo se buscó tener claridad respecto al derecho de acceso a la administración de justicia, derecho establecido en el artículo 229 de la Constitución colombiana de 1991, el cual se deriva de la aplicación de la tutela judicial efectiva por parte de los distintos operadores judiciales del país. Se consagra, tanto constitucional como legalmente, la tutela judicial efectiva como un derecho de toda persona. Así, la Constitución de 1991 establece que “se garantiza el derecho de toda persona para acceder a la administración de justicia”. Este precepto lo desarrolla el Código General del proceso, cuando señala que “toda persona o grupo de personas tiene derecho a la tutela jurisdiccional efectiva para el ejercicio de sus derechos y la defensa de sus intereses.es-ES
