dc.descriptionWith the creation of the law of victims and restitution of land - Law 1448 of 2011, it was created a mixed legal procedure (administrative and judicial), which made it possible for all victims of the dispossession of land on the occasion of the conflict to access the jurisdiction so that in this way the rights of occupation, possession or property they have had over these properties are restored. Within any war, power over lands is the transcendental factor, whether by military strategy, source of financing or show of dominion over a territory; It was thus that the illegal armed actors, through usurpation, intimidation and violence, caused many lands to be abandoned and dispossessed.en-US
dc.descriptionCon la creación de la ley de víctimas y restitución de tierras- Ley 1448 de 2011, se creó un procedimiento jurídico de carácter mixto (administrativo y judicial), que posibilitó que todas las victimas del despojo de predios con ocasión del conflicto accedan a la jurisdicción para que de esta manera se les restituya los derechos de ocupación, posesión o propiedad que hayan tenido sobre esos predios. Dentro de cualquier guerra el poder por las tierras es el factor transcendental, bien sea por estrategia militar, fuente de financiación o muestra de dominio sobre un territorio; fue así que los actores armados ilegales mediante la usurpación, intimidación y violencia lograron que muchas tierras fueran abandonadas y despojadas.es-ES
