dc.descriptionIn this work, a study will be drawn up, covering a broad range that is nothing more than the generality of the right to the filiation and the best interest of the minor, on the one hand. Throughout this research information will be collected on what is inherent to the best interest of the child and the application of the same in a process of filiation, just as it will be spoken of the fatherland of power, a small comparison will be made between legal and jurisprudential against the practice regarding the family court of the city of Valledupar, to know how frequent are the processes of this type, and in turn to see how responsible with the parents when facing a situation of recognition of paternityen-US
dc.descriptionEn este trabajo se elaborara un estudio que abarcara desde un amplio margen que no es más que la generalidad del derecho sobre la filiación y el interés superior del menor por un lado. A lo largo de esta investigación se recopilaran información en lo inherente al interés superior del menor y la aplicación del mismo en un proceso de filiación, de igual forma se hablara de la patria de potestad, se realizara una pequeña comparación entre lo legal y lo jurisprudencial contra lo practico referente a los juzgado de familia de la ciudad de Valledupar, para saber qué tan frecuentes son los procesos de este tipo, y a su vez ver que tan responsables con los padres a la hora de estar frente a una situación de reconocimiento de paternidad.es-ES
