dc.descriptionThe article presented below is an investigation on the occasion of the development of investigative activities in Private Law in relation to the Specialization in Commercial Law course. The article is advanced through a review of books, articles, and statistical documents and public content. As for the substance, it´s to carry out an analysis of intellectual property in the Colombian economy, what are its various definitions according to the different entities that regulate it nationally and internationally. Likewise, determine the most relevant intellectual property tools on the market for better management of intangible assets. Once the importance of intellectual property has been analyzed, the different means of protection that inventors have to protect their creations will be reviewed, as well as the tools they have to exploit their intangible assets, once their inventions have been are duly protected.en-US
dc.descriptionEl artículo presentado a continuación se realiza con ocasión al desarrollo de actividades investigativas en Derecho Privado en relación al curso de Especialización En Derecho Comercial. El artículo se adelanta a través de una revisión de libros, artículos, y documentos estadísticos y de contenidos de carácter público. En cuanto al fondo, se busca analizar sobre el funcionamiento de la propiedad intelectual y cómo impacta ésta la economía colombiana, cuáles son sus diversas definiciones según las diferentes entidades que la regulan nacional e internacionalmente. Asimismo, determinar las diversas herramientas de propiedad intelectual más relevantes en el mercado para un mejor manejo de los bienes intangibles. Una vez se analice la relevancia de la propiedad intelectual, se procederá a revisar diferentes medios de protección con los que cuentan los inventores para proteger sus creaciones, así como las herramientas con las que cuentan para explotar sus activos intangibles, una vez sus invenciones ya se encuentran debidamente protegidas.es-ES
