dc.descriptionSince the 1990s, with the appearance of computers and the Internet and the subsequent digitization, there has been a phenomenon that has changed the music industry in a definitive and irreversible way. This has forced States to have to update regulatory instruments to properly regulate access to music andcopyright. For this reason, this research starts from the following question: How to make the subjects involved in the music industry aware of the economic rights? This question covers both musicians and composers and ultimately all those who make a living in the music industry, but mainly the user, who is asked to take responsibility for their consumption. For this reason, a theoretical, conceptual and normative development is carried out in this work, in which the importance of respecting property rights is highlighted, especially in countries with a limited industry and such as Colombia.en-US
dc.descriptionA partir de la década de los noventa, cuando aparecieron las computadoras y el Internet y la consecuente digitalización, se ha dado un fenómeno que ha cambiado la industria musical de manera definitiva e irreversible. Esto ha obligado a los Estados a tener que actualizar los instrumentos normativos para regular debidamente el acceso a la música y los derechos de autor. Por ello esta investigación parte de la siguiente pregunta: ¿Cómo hacer que los sujetos involucrados en la industria musical tomen consciencia de los derechos patrimoniales? Esta pregunta abarca tanto a músicos como compositores y en definitiva todos los que hacen vida en la industria musical, pero principalmente al usuario, a quien se le pide que tenga responsabilidad en su consumo. Por tal motivo se hace en este trabajo un desarrollo teórico, conceptual y normativo donde se deja en evidencia la importancia de respetar los derechos patrimoniales, especialmente en países con una industria limitada y como es Colombia.es-ES
