Lo que se exige es simplemente estar abierto a la opinión del otro, estar dispuesto a dejarse decir algo por él, con actitud receptiva aun frente a los sentidos no esperados, pues de lo que se trata no es de garantizar el consenso por adelantado, sino de facilitar la confrontación y el acuerdo permitiendo y estimulando que la opinión se presente en su alteridad (Flórez, 1994. p.200) logrando con ello una verdadera comprensión.es-ES
